Every day fresh fish is delivered straight to the restaurants. You may find that the seafood offered at lunch differs from dinner, as fresh deliveries arrive to the restaurant throughout the day.
Our chefs works with our own boat, which lands all our brown crab, lobster and brown shrimp caught between the waters of Dalkey, down south to Waterford and north to Kilkeel. We also work closely with local fishermen from Dublin, Kilkeel, Dunmore East and local seafood purveyors to obtain only the freshest seafood from local waters.
Our prime Irish steaks are dry-aged and hand-cut by our master butcher John Sheridan, Ivor Harmon has been supplying the best fruit and veg for over 26 years, Come and discover Ouzos for yourself
